Booking an appointment online is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose your appointment type
  2. Select a date for your appointment - use the arrows to change the month.
  3. Select an appointment time from the options on offer.
  4. Enter your personal details into the form
  5. Click 'Book Appointment'.
  6. You will then see the booking confirmation page.
  7. Your appointment will also be confirmed via email.
