Tuesday 10:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday 10:00am- 3:00pm
Thursdays 10:00am - 8:00pm
Fridays 10:00am - 4:00pm
Saturdays 9.30am - 1:00pm

Your safety - Our Priority

Your safety and health is our priority and so we have introduced a series of measures to help reduce the transmission of Covid-19 during your visit with us. Future additional measures may be implemented as guidelines change.

We are:

  • Currently not allowing walk-in appointments
  • Appointments are strictly by appointment only (by phone or online booking)
  • Only one person is allowed in the building at any one time
  • Appointment confirmation emails will contain a Covid-19 screening questionnaire. Please fill out prior to each visit
  • New patient appointment confirmations will contain all the forms normally required to be filled out in reception / lobby area. Please fill out these forms prior to your appointment
  • Hand sanitiser is available in the treatment room
  • Benches and equipment will be continually cleaned with appropriate anti-bacterial spray after each patient visit
  • Our practitioner will wear disposable personal protective equipment (PPE) for each patient
  • PPE will be disposed of after each patient encounter
  • Payment is at the time of treatment via credit/debit card payment terminal.
  • We prefer contactless payments by card
  • High contact points such as door handles will be cleaned with anti-bacterial spray after each patient encounter
